Deadped Minarelli 108 Fan Finite Element Analysis

The following images are finite element analysis simulations comparing the stock straight blade Minarelli fan to the aftermarket Deadped 108 centerless curved blade fan. The images show what everyone already knows, the stock fans fail at the countersunk mounting points. The fans offered from Deadped have been optimized to decrease and distribute stresses while also improving functionality of the fan with increased cooling and greater ease of ignition adjustment without removing the fan. Simulation was run with ABS analogue on both fans at 10,000 RPM.

These fans are CAST from a high strength, high temperature polyurethane - NOT 3D printed. 3D prints were used to make the molds, but not the part you receive. In addition to being structurally more sound, these also move more air than the stock design, keeping your bike cooler.
